Our company handles large IP portfolios in a customized manner. We work each year with our existing clients to renew timely and cost efectively their trademark, patent and design portfolios. Moreover new clients choose us because of prompt and operative services and competitive prices.

Our existing clients are guaranteed timely renewal reminders enabling them to organize and instruct the renewals without missing any deadlines. Managing an IP portfolio is challanging because of different time frames and rules for each IP right and for each territory. All this work is taken over by our renewal department who is qualified to assist with all administrative tasks and provide proofs that the renewals were recorded.

For new clients we may provide IP packages with special prices depending on the number of rights to be renewed entrusted to us. Taking over representation is smooth and is done in one step. Once we start our collaboration new clients will be included in our renewal reminder database and will be send renewal reminders for future renewals.

We also regularly handle IP portfolio management consisting in recordal of assignments, licenses, changes of name and address of the owners. Recordal of changes in the legal status of the IP rights are required for publicity purposes. It is advisable to have a duly updated IP portfolio in order to avoid any delays in the enforcement of the IP rights.
