With a long term experience in the IP field Mrs. Bianu is a most appreciate member of our Trademark department. Her career has a strong basis created during the 25 years she worked as examiner at the Romanian State Office for Inventions and Trademarks. For a significant period she held the position of Director of the International Trademarks Department. As a former Office Examiner Mrs. Bianu’s transition to the private sector was straightforward and she became a highly appreciated trademark counsel. She has worked with many of our Romanian and foreign clients by conducting Trademark searches, Trademark filing and prosecution, replies to office actions, filing Oppositions and Appeals. Her main focus now is conducting availability searches for various industries, especially Pharmaceuticals and Cosmetics.
